Job Profile

The selected person, alongside the CFO and the AFC team, will be responsible for:

• Supervise, organize and coordinate the group’s administrative, accounting and financial resources and services according to the expected internal deadlines and the financial calendar typical of a company listed on the EGM market
• Preparation of the group’s separate and consolidated financial statements in collaboration with the accountant
• Produce internal monthly/quarterly/half-yearly and annual reports by Business Unit and Line of Business
• Manage relationships with external partners such as accountants, board of statutory auditors and auditing firms
• Collaborate with the CFO to streamline administrative processes to align them with the needs of the Board
• Collaborate with the CFO and CEO on M&A activities

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in economics
• At least 2 years of experience in the role of Administrative Manager
• Experience in management control appreciated
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and double-entry
• Knowledge of cost accounting by order is welcome
• Knowledge of PowerBI is welcome
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Good knowledge of the English language
