Circle announces its participation
in the second edition of the Forum del Commercio Internazionale, which will be held in Milan on
November 15. In a single day, the event will bring together businesses, national and international
institutions, opinion leaders, and media for a discussion on the latest developments in international
trade and all updates regarding the new Customs Declaration Rules.
Starting on December 2, 2024, the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM) has established
that Italian companies must comply with new, stricter regulations for submitting export and goods
transit customs declarations (Aida 2.0).
Circle Group, always at the forefront of digital innovation in the customs sector, has successfully
adapted by offering an integrated solution that combines the efficiency of the ACCUDIRE Platform
for managing e-CMR (Electronic Consignment Note) with the digitalization of customs processes.
Among the available modules, Digital Export stands out, allowing users to digitize export customs
forms and efficiently manage the flow of information related to accounting amounts and clearance
operations. The benefits of the solution offered by Circle Group include compliance with the new
ADM formats, complete automation and digitalization of the flow towards customs in a quick and
efficient manner, dematerialization of both national (e-DDT) and international (e-CMR)
transportation documents, and automatic generation of dematerialized documents (e-CMR) that
serve as POD (Proof of Delivery) and POE (Proof of Export).
