On 1st June 2012, the partners and managers Luca Abatello and Alexio Picco, formed the parent company: the innovative SME Circle S.p.A., listed since October 2018 on the Euronext Growth Milan market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana.
During ten years of activity Circle Group has been the protagonist of a significant growth in size and business. In the last four years, through four M&As, the experiences of Info.era, Progetto Adele, Log@Sea and Magellan Circle have merged into the Group, leading to a more complete and integrated offer of software products and strategic and European consulting services.
Thanks to its deep knowledge of the logistics and transport market, its distinctive ability to anticipate the macro-trends related to new technologies for digitalisation, and its ability to contribute to the development of European policies, Circle Group reached in 2021 a consolidated turnover of € 9.3 million (30% of which achieved abroad) and today employs 88 units distributed in Genoa (the headquarter, with the new offices recently opened in Piazza Borgo Pila 40), Milan, Trieste, Brussels and Oporto.
